Very friendly and accommodating. I was allowed to come in on saturday without an appointment . My doctor explained to me the possible option and let me decide which should I go. I would always be coming here and recommend this clinic to friends

My son had to have 3 cavities filled at his appointment. The ladies at the front desk as well as the the dentist were so kind. Everything was explained thoroughly before it was done. Thank you to all of the staff for being so nice to my son as well as myself.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am a new customer and had a very unprofessional experience. When my daughter (15) and I walked in, the staff at the front desk were loudly talking about other patients. My daughter immediately asked me, “Mom, is that normal?” We sat there for about five minutes listening to this conversation even though our appointment had already started. Eventually, the African American woman at the front desk asked if I had switched over my insurance. I told her yes, three times. I simply asked if she could confirm it on her end because I didn’t want to go through the appointment and then be told I had to pay out of pocket. For some reason, she immediately became defensive and aggressive and told me, “No, I’m not doing that. That’s your job.” I have never felt so attacked at a dental office. Her tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. What made it worse was that when other customers walked in, her entire demeanor changed. She greeted them politely, but when interacting with me she would roll her eyes and continue with the same aggressive attitude. It was extremely unprofessional. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
